Printing Information

All of our digital photographs are printed on archival quality paper (13" x 19", including borders). You have a choice of matte or glossy paper. Each print is personally initialed by the photographer. Every archival print and/or photograph, as these are, should be framed by one who understands the importance of protection from the sun and UV radiation.

Due to limitations in the detail shown in photographs displayed on the web and variations among monitors, the final print color balance may differ slightly from the way it is represented on your computer. Large prints (e.g., 13" x 19") are intended to be viewed from a reasonable distance.

Shipping

We have a flat shipping and handling fee of $7 per order. We mail your print(s) in a protective shipping tube via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. When we ship your order, you will receive your tracking number via email. We ship anywhere in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. We do not have international shipping set up yet. However, if you live overseas please contact us and we may work out a custom shipping fee.

Payments and Refund Policy

We only accept Visa and Mastercard. Our server is secure and your credit card information is encrypted. If paying by check, we do not ship your order until your check has cleared.

If you are unsatisfied with your print and it is not damaged, you may refund it or exchange it for another print of equal or lesser value within 14 days of shipment. Please contact us in advance!
